LooksFash Refund and Returns Policy​

At LooksFash, we want you to be completely satisfied with your swimwear purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and procedures for returning items and requesting refunds.​

1. Eligibility for Returns​

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.​
  • Swimwear must be in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of swimwear that has been worn or has had the hygiene liner removed.​
  • Final sale items, personalized items, and items marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return or refund, unless they are defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return​

  • To start a return, please send an email to info@looksfash.com with the following information:​
  • Your order number​
  • The name of the item(s) you wish to return​
  • The reason for the return​
  • Whether you would like a refund or an exchange​
  • Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).​
  • Returns sent without a return authorization number will not be processed.​

3. Return Shipping​

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect in the item or an error on our part (e.g., wrong size or style sent).​
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.​
  • Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with the returned item(s).​

4. Refund Process​

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.​
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.​
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s processing time.​
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.​

5. Exchanges​

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this in your return request email to info@looksfash.com.​
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund instead.​
  • The same return eligibility criteria and shipping guidelines apply to exchanges. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we will ship the exchanged item to you at no additional cost.​

6. Defective or Damaged Items​

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@looksfash.com within 7 days of delivery, providing photos of the defect or damage and your order number.​
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items.​
