How can I track my order?

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at info@looksfash.com. We can only process cancellations or modifications if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it, and you will need to follow our return policy if you wish to return the items.

Who is responsible for import duties and taxes for international orders?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may return unworn, unwashed swimwear in its original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, except for personalized or final sale items.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please send an email to info@looksfash.com with your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Our customer service team will respond with a return authorization number and instructions.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s processing time.
